When using the relax and social zone the fee is included for each night of the stay.

The property is let out as a whole for at least 3 nights.

Prices stated in the price list do not include the accommodation fee which is paid to the municipality at the amount 0,50 € / person / night when taking up the stay and the deposit at the amount of 50 € which will be returned after the property has been submitted in an original state.

The stay is finished on the day of leaving no later than at 11 a.m.

Booking terms and conditions

Booking becomes obligatory after the advance payment has been credited to our account.

Cancellation fees

• In case of booking cancellation within the period of more than 45 days before taking up the stay – refunding 75% of the advance payment.
• In case of booking cancellation within the period of 30 days before taking up the stay – refunding 50% of the advance payment.
• In case of booking cancellation within the period of less than 15 days before taking up the stay, the advance payment is not refunded.
